AI is failing operators.
I've fixed this before.

20 years building operator adoption systems across 12 countries. Founded AVPMi. Deployed in airports, hotels, hospitals. Sold 2016. Now AI companies are hitting the exact same wall — extraordinary technology that operators can't use. I built the bridge once. I'm building it again.

I'm looking for one AI company willing to solve the operator adoption problem properly.

The gap nobody is closing

95% of the operator market is unreachable. Right now.

Every AI company fights over the same 5% — technical users who understand prompts, APIs, databases. The other 95% are warehouse managers, hotel operators, hospital staff, parking operators. They know their operations better than any AI model. But there's a translation gap nobody is building.

What AI companies do
Build features technical users want
Speak IT language to operations people
Skip the validation layer entirely
Wonder why adoption stalls at 5%
What actually works
Get on the floor and watch what breaks
Ask operators: "Can you hear me?"
Solve the problem they didn't know to ask about
Build validation before deployment

Where it started · 2004
The origin

I was the operator who couldn't use the system. So I built one that worked.

In 2004, I was a valet attendant watching automation fail in real time. The technology existed. The gap was between what engineers built and what operators actually needed — wearing gloves, moving fast, one WiFi bar, an $80,000 car on the line.

I built AVPMi from that floor. Virtual Data Entry — VIN scanning instead of manual typing. Proximity Dispatch — assign the valet closest to the car, not the fairness algorithm. The technology was standard. The operator adoption wasn't. That's what made it valuable enough to sell in 2016.

Why 72 knots

At sea, 72 knots destroys unprepared vessels.

After selling AVPMi in 2016, I spent seven years at sea on TIME OUT. At hurricane force, if your systems aren't validated — if you don't have proper protocols, human oversight, emergency procedures — you don't survive. The ocean doesn't care about your intentions.

AI deployments are the same. The validation layer is what most companies skip. I spent 20 years building it in operations where one mistake means the wrong person drives off with an $80,000 car.

The Build — documented live

Every step is public.
That's the point.

The proof isn't a pitch deck. It's episodes of building real enterprise systems with AI, in public, without a developer.

The partnership

I have the methodology. You have the scale. Let's talk.

I spent 20 years proving operators can adopt automation — when someone builds the right bridge. I'm now proving the same thing works with AI. Parking is the showcase. The methodology works across every vertical. What I can't do alone is scale it to manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, and every other industry where the 95% problem exists. That takes resources, domain experts, and time. I have 2–3 years to teach this inside the right company.

What I bring
20 years of operator adoption methodology, proven in 12 countries. Live proof that operators can build enterprise AI systems without developers. A US patent in validation architecture.
What I need
Resources to scale the methodology across verticals. Domain experts in every industry. A real stake in the outcome — this is a 2–3 year commitment, not a consulting gig.
The timeline
The Build completes in weeks. The proof is being documented live, in public. The conversation should start now — not after everyone else sees it.
The precedent
I've built systems that outlasted the companies that bought them. That's what happens when you build for operational reality instead of a demo.
